My daughters and went to Georgia to see family. I booked this hotel through Expedia. The process was fast and easy. When we arrived at the hotel, check-in was fast and easy. The problem was the room. It was dirty with and had several items from the last guest. There was food in the mini-fridge, money (change) on the table, something green smeared on the wall by the bed, and underwear left in the bathroom. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk who quickly came to inspect the room and "pick" off the green smear on the wall. We decided not to stay. I contacted Expedia. Expedia staff confirmed my issues and immediately refunded my money. Thanks Expedia. My tip is to always check the room and report all issues immediately.
When i got into the room the floors were so dirty that my shoes were sticking to the floor and at 11pm one night my phone in the room went off and shortly after i had banging on my door that woke my kids up. Made us feel very unsafe. Will never go there again.
This hotel is a straight up dump. Quality inn. More like anti Quality inn. The room was dirty and disgusting. The view out the window was actually a cemetery. There was burn marks all around the bathroom sink. Just a bad hotel.
