The manager completely took care of us and not only prepared a room for us, but she sorted things out with Expedia so I was reimbursed for the extra booked night and...

"The room was beautiful and it was really clean. The area of the hotel is also very beautiful with all the trees and plants everywhere. Perfect location in my opinion, the stores close around 9pm and it's quiet after sun fall. San Juan and San Pedro is only 10-15 ferry ride. It was an excellent stay and the staff were very helpful with our luggage."
