“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Consistently Great Experience – 2nd Visit! Returned to Hotel Colonial Mayagüez for my second stay, and it lived up to expectations once again. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, making check-in and the entire stay smooth and hassle-free. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location near the main plaza makes it super convenient, but the hospitality and cleanliness are what keep me coming back. Looking forward to stay #3!”

“Lamentablemente no es igual que la descripción del web muy viejo todo ventanas del baño rotas no cerraban , el techo lleno de telarañas con insectos el olor a humedad que había en la habitación apenas entrabas era pésimo ,la taza del baño se movía tuve q pedir vinieran a arreglarla , el congelador del refrigerador no se podía usar estaba completamente tapado de hielo tuve q pedir me lo limpiaran el jacuzzi de la habitación nunca funcionó y pagué más por tener una habitación con el . “El horario de check in y check out; para comodidad de los clientes deberían ser check in 1-2pm y check out 12-1pm, aunque fueron flexibles con el check in, esa deberia ser la politica. El estacionamiento es en la calle aunque se que el Admistrador estuvo pendiente a todo y fue muy amable. Espero volver tan pronto como en Agosto, el lugar esta hermoso y la playa lo es todo.”
