“Such a wonderful visit! The room, breakfast, and staff were amazing. Our favorite part was the bikes. Easy ride to Grado and Aquileia and beyond. We were in the middle of a long multi country trip, and it was so nice to be able to park the rental car (for free!) and ride bikes everywhere.”

“If you want that old feel farm house feel this is the place to go. Bernardo, the host, is very accommodating. We had 10 nights there and would return for another holiday. Lovely grounds and a pool for hot weather. Parking is within the courtyard. ”

“At first, it was strange that I was informed that my reservation was canceled, and that the room was different from the room described at the time of reservation. The owner only spoke Italian. However, when I arrived at the room, it was surprisingly comfortable with all the facilities. It was smaller than expected, and we had to use a double bed for 3 people, but overall we were satisfied. The wine they make is very good and worth the trip just for that alone.”
