“Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Example- Air France lost our luggage a few days prior to us getting married. The staff made calls on our behalf and ensured it got delivered in time allowing our wedding plans to move forward.

Halbpension war gut, aber verbesserungsbedürftig. Speisen toll angerichtet, aber geschmacklich nicht immer so, wie es beschrieben war. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. ”

“Nicely located in best part of the city with breathtaking mountains and river views and city views. Peaceful and quiet environment. Inside house is elegant high quality facilities and rooms standard. People here are extremely friendly. Restaurant are fantastic including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Go to bus center only 10 minutes walk and you can go anywhere you want and it’s free. I think it is the best hotel for vacation as I can imagine. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family...

“We loved this hotel so much. The food (breakfast and dinner) was so good we didn’t eat anywhere else during our stay. The amenities were amazing, we loved the pool, two different saunas, steam room and jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and the room was lovely. We were sad to leave. ”
