โThe staff was the highlight of this property! They were welcoming and accommodating, and they always went above and beyond anytime we needed anything. Whether islt was front desk staff, the maintenance staff, or the housekeeping staff, we were consistently met with friendly service.
The only complaint I have, and this has nothing to do with the staff, is that someone was smoking marijuana outside the front lobby and our AC would bring the smell to our room. Otherwise, our room was great!โ
โThe hotel is very clean. It is very accessible if you are planning to explore the West Edmonton Mall, you can just cross the street (approximately 10 min. walk to the nearest Mall entrance) The hotel also prepared a simple surprise for my son's birthday, we greatly appreciate the gesture. The rooms are in pristine condition and with 3 big TVs on each area. I would definitely recommend staying on this hotel.โ
โThe room was relaxing for the kids, comfortably sleeping a family of 5. Wonderful breakfast, kids loved it which matters most! Coffee (specialty options) and hot chocolate were available options all day! โ
