"The property is beautiful and well maintained. It was a cold night and there was no heat. Went to front desk. Front desk told me there was no heat and the boiler was turned off. Said she would have staff check it out. Came back from dinner was told it was all set. It was not. Room was very cold. No Blanket in the room. Went to the desk and got a blanket. Staff offered a space heater instead of a blanket. I asked for and got both. Space heater was too small to make a difference. Very cold over night. On check out the staff did not think it was a big deal and seemed to shrug it off. Loved the location, setting and facilities. Time to update the HVAC system. We'll be back then. Won't be back during cold weather."

"My room was very tidy and updated - definitely exceeded my expectations. We're not talking Ritz here, but everything was in nice shape. It's owner-operated, and he was excellent - I had some travel complications and he made all the concerns I had about checking in/etc. disappear. Nice guy too. Parking is just outside the door like you'd expect in a classic Motel. There's a great breakfast joint next door that's reasonable and tasty (and has gluten free options too, which was an pleasant and unexpected surprise). All in all, very happy with everything and happy to support a small business!"

"Absolutely loved the little cottages, feels like a home away from home… check-in took less than 5 minutes & checkout was a breeze! Full kitchen fully stocked! Thats what i loved the most 100% and a dishwasher, i dont even have a dishwasher at home so I truely was on vacation not having to hand wash dishes nightly…. This is 100% 5/5 stars only thing i would mention is the only tv in the cottage is in the living room; luckily i always bring a tv for my sons xbox so we gave him the living room for xbox (hdmi/gaming friendly) and we took his little tv and put in master bedroom.. other than only 1 tv we absolutely love this place! We will be back! "

"If I could give it 10/5 stars I would!!! This place is absolutely awesome! The rooms were a little small but we still had room to be able to put a pack n play up in the room and not feel crowded. The creek in the back of the property was so beautiful and the shower pressure was great!!! The room was also very clean. I appreciated that with Above all though the owners were so incredibly kind and accommodating. We had a young baby with us and we were allowed to stay asleep longer than the prescribed checkout time so that we didn’t have to wake a sleeping baby. We were so grateful that this place and the ownership was so incredibly sweet! You don’t get this level of care from the bigger chain hotels. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again! These places are the type of places that should sell out all the time. "
