โOur room was so cute and spacious, with a beautiful bathroom. We really enjoyed the unique inn feeling and the staff were all excellent. We enjoyed the pub for dinner and the breakfast in the morning. My only real complaint was the bed frame at the end of the bed. Despite some foam for the top corners, it is still very easy to smash your leg into. And the parking was very small/tight, and limited, though they allow you to double park and leave your keys, so that staff can switch cars...
โThe parking garage needed a little attention for upkeep. The elevators in particular needed a cleaning. I realize the garage is not the hotel's but a public garage. Maybe they could provide a little feedback to their partners on that side. We will be back!! Great stay and amazing people!โ
โI was reticent about trying a self service hotel, but I was delighted by the experience! Checking in was a little confusing at first but the hotel manager quickly assisted us.
We really liked the quiet, privacy and amenities. We will stay at the Kinn Guesthouse again, now that we know the process. โ
โQuaint hotel in a historic building. Nice upgrades in rooms and very clean. Virtual front desk was easy with very fast response time via text messages. Close to lakefront and Cathedral Square Park. Would stay again.โ

โHotel was great and good location to walk to a lot of places. One room was big enough to fit my family of 5 without a problem. Breakfast was very good each morning and the staff were very nice and helpful.
