Staff and management are amazing. The property is clean, well maintained and safe. I work in hospitality doing financial auditing and I am impressed with the customer service and professionalism here! We are in town getting medical care at Mayo, being less than ten minutes away from Mayo campus has been so convenient and I could not be happier with my experience at the property.

Ive stayed here twice now due to multiple visits to mayo clinic and the guy remembered me. Both times I got an earlier check in and they are very nice. Rooms are clean but shower had a few places that were stained. Otherwise great place for the price

For an older building and yes cheaper Hotel I was very surprised at the ftont desk who was amazingly helpful and then to walk into the room and find it cleaner then any 5 star Hotel. Side note the 🐕 approved the accommodation.

All I can say, you get what you pay for. There were only sheets on the bed (no blankets), ice dispenser didn't work, toilet was dirty, shower floor broken and dirty, Their promoted breakfast only consisted of coffee and hot water. Only one chair in the room. Staff was courteous however.

Under Construction & Still Great Service!

Cheap stay, totally worth it! They are working hard on updating rooms, construction and a lot of workers around who are always polite. Manager Bobbie Jo and the staff have been spectacular during my extended stay while my house is being prepared. Always helpful, honest, pet friendly and easy to work with! Kudos to the Motel 6 crew!!

Covered my basic needs

Friendly staff checking in and out. Bed was older and did not have a comforter/blanket and two small pillows which was fine because i travel with my own bedding. Shower pressure was excellent and hot water was plentiful. Basic low budget hotel but seemed to be clean for age. Signs of disrepair on second floor but my room was fine. Only thing that upset me was the complimentary coffee was luke warm to cold which was a morning disappointment.

The front desk member who checked us in at night was polite and nice. I went to check out at 3 AM because I had a long drive ahead of me, and could not get a hold of anybody though. The room appeared clean, but you could tell somebody did a quick remodel that did not hold together. The shower stall was very small, and the towels provided were worse than the towels at the dollar store. They were in the process of fixing up the property around the motel, and I'm sure once they're done it will be a bit better. I understand this motel is a lot cheaper than the others in the area, but it could've been at least a little bit better.
