Pros: The property and room were clean. The staff was friendly & informative. It's close by the highway. Cons: There is no elevator, so if you're on the 2nd floor you have to carry your luggage. There was a weird smell in the room, and the linen was hard & itchy. Also, turning on the heat made the smoke detector's alarm go off. Overall for the price point it wasn't bad.

Weren’t Disappointed!

We will stay here next year! Management is great, communication is very good. We enjoyed everything about this facility. Clean, convenient location and courteous staff. Perfect place to stay at a very reasonable rate.

A little home away from home. My son had a basketball tournament and this was perfect. Laundry facilities and close by grocery store. Will definitely stay there again❤️

I’ve stayed here several times and this is my favorite place to stay while I’m in Rock Hill. Very clean property, clean rooms, very spacious…. Apartment basically. Complete with a dishwasher. Very spacious for families.

Room was clean. Everyone was pleasant. Plenty of parking near your room. Loved the way the room was laid out. Comfortable in both the living/kitchen area. And nice Comfortable beds and pillows. Would definitely recommend staying here !!! If ever in Rock Hill South Carolina again, I'll book another room here.

All new property, rooms were in top condition, quartz counter tops, four burner stove with oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Friendly staff made an effort to accommodate my request to change to a ground floor room.

This place has beds that are actually "Too Soft" for me!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA But that is honestly my only pick at them. It was clean, fresh, secure, quiet *except for the kids next door until a phone call was made* and exactly what I needed for my weekend in Rock Hill. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip there.

We rented 2 rooms. The King suite on the ground floor, had a musty odor to it. Over all the room was nice but there was some stains on couch. The double queen on the the 2nd over all appeared clean. However when trying to use the pull out couch there was tons of "stuff" under it. From food pieces to a vape. Also a large stain on the couch cushions. They seemed to be under staffed. I requested additional towel several time and didn't receive them until after we used the small hand towels to shower with because we had engagements to be at and couldn't wait any longer.

The stay at APT suites in Rock Hill, SC was convenient with the kitchenette. We needed the larger sized refrigerator, and appreciated that the 2 queen beds were separate from the pull out couch. The space was good for the 3 of us staying for a softball tournament near by. The negatives were the people arguing late right next door, we could hear people walking around upstairs, and some of the area surrounding the hotel were rundown. Other than that (which can't be helped), we were satisfied with our stay.

Comfortable

We were comfortable. The bedroom table and nightstand were a little dusty. When we returned to the room on Saturday the smoke defector kept going off. I called the emergency number and the person on call came immediately to check on it. She had to take it down because she couldn't get in touch with anyone. Overall, i would definitely stay again.

Would Stay Again

We took a chance on a different type of hotel choice and it did not disappoint! If you are looking for a place for an extended stay with some more room this is a great option. It was very roomy and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were not the comfiest we have slept on but overall they were decent enough. Our room was right next to the door exiting out of the building and we could hear people coming and going especially on the weekend. But other than that we didn't hear any other noise from other rooms. The water pressure wasn't the greatest either. We enjoyed this option and was prefect for what we were looking for.

We were in the area visiting family. The location was convenient. It’s a unique setting with the outdoor seating. It was not a problem for us, but I did not realize there were only stairs to the second floor. I would have liked more information on what kitchen utensils and cookware was available to plan meals. There was only one pod to wash dishes in the dishwasher and only one bar of soap. We managed through these things, but if you are going to offer a kitchenette I think more information would be helpful. There is no housekeeping service unless you stay 7 days.

We did not have any soap in the bathroom, only half a roll of toilet paper and the shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. No one was in the front office for us to ask for anything. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.
