“Check-in was rough, the clerk was trying to deny me my reservation that was paid for due to I missed the first night reservation due to medical reasons. We called the hotel and reported that we would not be checking in the day of reservation but would using the room the second night. It wasn't recorded that I called. And she kept saying it was down as no show. I disputed as I had paid for the nights already and should have a reservation for the stay. After 20 minutes of disputes I demanded she...

“Breakfast was great and the staff kept it very clean and well stocked”

“The staff was nice but I was extremely disappointed in the room. There was soda splatter on the wall which was obviously from a guest but the staff didn't see that to wipe it off? The sink had mold at the drain and the fan and anything above eye level was coated in dust. There was also a large stain in the middle of the carpet and on the chairs etc. If we didn't arrive to go to bet late at 1030pm would have changed hotels. The breakfast was standard but the warm items like eggs/ sausage...

“Hotel was very clean, staff were excellent. Beds and pillows were comfy. Double queen rooms are on the smaller side, but not enough to affect the comfort of our stay for two people. Would stay again.”

“So strong cleaner odor we packed up and went to another hotel”

“Nice area. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel. We had been in the road for long time so it was great not having to see drivers more.”

“Pretty nice and clean, not fancy but everything makes sense and considerate !”

“For a downtown motel it was quiet. Bathroom was clean, but could use updated. Bed was comfortable. If breakfast was provided, we weren't informed of the hours it was available. Not even coffee was available at 6:30 AM.”

“Good Facility, Great hospitality. The lady crew at check-in was so great. Room is spacious and clean and It offers their own Kitchen, which includes a full-sized refrigerator, a two burner cook top, and even a microwave so comes in handy to use. From my observation, this is the best choice for convenience and comfort, and value in Quad cities for your road trip. it's very kind of them, again!”
