The staff was friendly and amazingly accommodating! The hallways need vacuuming and the parking was limited for handicap parking. There was a Florida Tesla that too two spots closer to the “Convention Center.” Parking “lines” might need to be repainted. The Staff deserves 5 Stars!!!

Nice and accommodating our needs for an accessible room. Pool was bigger than most, but could use walk-in steps for kids and elderly. The breakfast was very limited; pancake machine was not working; no yogurt; no juice; no protein; no muffins left by 8:00am.

It was a nice place but there was no toilet paper in the room and the blankets smelled like bleach. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The tv remote barely worked. Needed to be replaced. Normally it’s a nice place to stay but they need to do a better job at making sure everything works and is stocked.

Only one chair in a double bed room, towels were cheap & not enough for showers, shampooing, etc. pillows were poor. Breakfast was below average and the coffee was not drinkable. The front desk staff was friendly. We will not stay there again.

The attendant at the front desk was more concerned about another taks and not worried about getting us checked in promptly. Once checked in, main hallway was not swept. In the room, the pull out couch was not cleaned inside of, the bed covering the pull out couch was stained and there was party confetti in and around the couch the in room fridge was not cleaned properly and had liquid in it from the previous Tennans. The TV antenna stopped working, the plug for the antenna was taped together with electric tape and not properly fixed. Overall noise level was great didn't have any disturbances. Location is alright the parking lot is an odd shape and the parking spaces need to be a bit bigger. For what it is the price was fair and reasonable.

Room was pretty clean, top sheet over the comforter needs to be thrown out. It was very stained. Bathroom only offered shampoo and the shower faucet needed to come with instructions. Twist left, then jimmy and shake to the right while pulling out. 😉 It was a nice stay for a quick cheap hotel.
