"What impressed me the most is that they pay attention to the small details. Everything from the adorable coffee cup holders with smiley faces and mustaches to the way the breakfast buffet is laid out with signs labeling things! All the personal touches do not go unnoticed. The entry/counter area was even decorated for Halloween. Our flight was delayed and they were kind enough to stay a little extra late in order to accommodate us getting in after midnight. We will stay there "in a minute" the next time we're in Arizona."

"This is a really nice property, and we were ultimately happy with our stay. The check in process was absolutely terrible. Check in is already later at 4pm - we arrived after 4, and were told our room was not ready yet, so we should go enjoy the pool while we wait - not sure how we were expected to do that without a room. I asked for a time estimate for how long the wait would be and was told ‘I don’t know’ & ‘we don’t have that information’ from 2 different people. I didn’t think my question was unreasonable. The manager came and was able to find us a room after a 30 minute wait. Many guests were visibly frustrated & were left waiting longer than us. The reason we chose this property was for the adult pool area. The main pool was closed for maintenance with no warning for half a day & their solution was to allow everyone to use the adult area. Again when asked how long this would take to resolve we were told ‘we don’t know’. Nice property, but they need a better management system in place."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! First, the staff are all incredibly friendly and hard working. Every single facility (multiple restrooms, kitchen, dining areas, pool, lobby etc) were kept meticulous. The continental breakfast that was included with our stay on the Element side was AMAZING! The chefs make a new fresh breakfast item each day (pancakes, avocado toast, chicken and waffles, eggs to name a few of the breakfasts we had) and they offer a selection of fruit, coffee bagels etc as well. The location offers ample parking, Sad they charge $8 to park, should be included in stay. The hotel room we had was nice too- a two queen bed with a very large restroom which is great for getting ready each day. This is a new hotel so everything still smelled fresh and amenities were in new condition as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here!"
