I was moved to a different location without prior notice therefore I ended being away from the venue I was at making my transit expensive as I had chosen thay location because of its proximity to my event venue

It was an absolutely wonderful experience all the way through, the staff was attentive and genuine. There was warmth and real hospitality, welcomed with some sparkling wine. We were able to enjoy treatments at Stillwater Spa, and fabulous drinks at the Writer’s Room Bar at sunset and had a wonderful dinner at Joni’s , the in room meal were lovely. The design and comfort for the rooms was very tasteful along with the overall aesthetic of the hotel full of art and texture. The most amazing part was the staff from the front desk, to concierge to the staff opening the doors or servicing the room it was really exceptional, thank you for making it unforgettable

Overpriced for the room and amenities. Staff are all frustrated with the strikes and it was super inconvenient not being able to drive into the property and park because of the blockade. They were only letting in one car per 15 minutes and there were about 20 cars ahead of us. Paying way too much for a King Suite just to have to park elsewhere and walk to the “resort hotel” was ridiculous and we had to walk back to our vehicle at 1am to drive it in to park when the wait was only half an hour to get past the blockade. We got no sleep as a result and the check in was 4pm and check out was 11am despite the disaster in having to get our car at 1am so it wouldn’t be towed or ticketed. Not worth the money. The room was average and the parking was a disaster because of the strike and blocked entrances. I won’t staythere again. There are way better accommodations for a better price. It was supposed to be convenience and a splurge because we were seeing a concert there.
