“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Rooms were clean. We had a room on 4th floor which is the floor you use to access the hot tubs so it was a little noisy. Parking was a little inconvenient as you think it’s $30/day but you can’t come and go or they charge you by the hour. ”

“My daughter and I loved the walking paths around the property. We did have a problem with the toilet, and specifically asked that the repairman not wake us up before 10 AM. He woke us up at 8:15! This was after the phone call where the lady verified with me that we would not be woken up before 10 AM. We reserved a studio without a view of the golf course. “We only stayed one night during "not peak season" so was a very reasonable rate for Steamboat Springs! The 2 bdrm/2 bath condo was newly remodeled and very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The pictures look "bare-bones" but the living room had a colorful area rug and pillow added which helped a lot. It was quiet. Hopefully the exterior will be improved to match the nicely-done interior remodels! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Very nice lodge-type condominium, clean and comfortable, great shower, great breakfast. Only downsides were the kitchen countertop was crowded with a second microwave, and I wished the small bag of coffee grounds indicated the weight so I would know how much water to add. ”
