"The room was very pleasant. It was clean and a very good size. The price was quite a bit cheaper than other hotels in the same area. We didn't get a chance to use the pools but they looked very nice. We went to the bar for a drink and there was one bartender, which was fine but there were other people that were not getting great service that dined there. They had to hunt someone down to pay for their meal. Overall, I would definitely stay there again."

"Hidden Ridge is a great base camp for your Banff adventures! Our unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Hot and cool pools were clean, lots of towels, and breathtaking views of the mountains. Location is perfect (you're within walking distance of the town and the Hoodoo Trail). The only issue I can think of is, our unit (ground floor townhouse) was dated looking and very dark, but this is a minor quibble. Would stay here again!"

"Great for the price on just the edge of town, with a shuttle. Could use a little tlc (just wear and tear of a slightly older facility), touching up their paint on outside etc. overall I would stay again as I think it is insane to pay $1000 or more a night for the stuff in town. They were super friendly. And it was nice having a little kitchen."

"Great stay for 6 ngt on Annv vacation. Stayed in king suite. Very roomy, bed comfortable, liked the balcony and fireplace. Room attendant did an amazing job every day!! Only and biggest complaint was terrible cheap coffee in the rooms with no coffee available in lobby either. Had to walk to coffee shop every morning. Thankfully I enjoyed cool air and walk, but always nice to enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing in the hotel room before starting the day!!"
