The only odd thing in our room was the location of the toilet in the bathroom which was so tight against the vanity unit, we had to sit slightly sideways to use it!"

"We stayed at Banff Resort for 3 nights and we had amazing time. The property was well maintained and very clean. However, they can invest in gym equipment as a lot of machines are old and out of service . Staff was very polite and overall friendly. Highly recomend this stay."
