"The room was quite large and very clean, very comfortable bed with good accrss to the dog walk on the side of the building. The room was very quiet compared to other hotels that we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to any requests we had. The hotel had good parking for small or medium sized vehicles but a little tight for our truck. All in all we had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone e travelling to Canmore."

"Great place to stay, slightly off the heat of downtown Banff, which is exactly what we wanted. Hotel gives you free access to the Roam bus service which is very convenient. Good on site cafe/restaurant. We stayed in a view room, absolutely worth it!"

"Staff was helpful & friendly. Ate 3 meals in restaurant. First two were excellent. Third meal, my chicken piccata was inedibly tough. I sent it back & ordered a burger which was ok. The waitress indicated that this wasn’t the first complaint about the chicken. The disheartening part was no offer of a comp or even a discount. The manager said “two out of three is good, right?”!!! Seriously???"

"The housekeeping was limited to two days per week. For such an expensive place I’d like to have had the room at least tidied up a bit each day. If you ran out of towels you had to go to the desk to retrieve more. The staff at certain times was less than helpful. I asked for help with the local bus schedule and the desk clerk sent me out to the bus stop where there wasn’t an actual schedule. Then a passenger on the bus said i should ask the clerk to simply print a schedule for me. So i went back in and told her that the schedule was not at the bus stop as she had said. Could she please print one for me, which she did, reluctantly. I don’t understand why she just didn’t do it at the beginning of the encounter. Another time i ask the front desk clerk where i would find a particular coffee shop that was supposed to be within walking distance and she told me to google it. The breakfast was exactly the same every day but pretty good for $5. But i didn’t want to eat the same thing day after day so only ate there twice during my stay."

"Everything with this inn was amazing. The staff so friendly and helpful. The rooms were so comfortable we stayed an extra night. The beds were so comfortable you wont want to get up. Wine and cheese every night was in the gathering room with many friendly people. I definitely recommend."
