"Great hotel stay. Very comfortable, clean and convenient. Having restaurant on-site was helpful after late check-in. Staff was excellent. 15 minute walk to downtown with bus stop available in front of hotel. It should be noted that you do have to walk outside from elevator to room, so if it’s raining then you will get wet. Room and amenities were very good. View from room was partially blocked from hotel access the street."

"Absolutely beautiful property. The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. We had fabulous drinks at the bar, amazing food at the vermillion room, and a wonderful spa experience. The rooms are well stocked and comfortable."

"Convenient location. Walked to restaurants and stores. Also walked to Bow River Trail, but turned back in rain. Next to a train track. Could hear trains rumble by in the night. We didn’t use pool but it looked nice. $12 breakfast at 7:00 was too late for us. Headed to Banff earlier. Room was clean, comfortable beds."
