"Restaurants were good with tasty well priced meals room was fine a bit dated but there is no sound insulation in the walls some one should polite door hinges as well "

"Was travelling with a pet and only stayed a night. All pet rooms are in main floor of 2 storey buildings. Floor and walls are paper thin and pipes squeal. Up every hour at night with upstairs bathroom breaks. It was like they were in my room. No sleep. Otherwise nice."

"I loved my stay here--an old-fashioned hotel but with amenities and a great location--couldn't be better. It was unseasonably warm in March (in the 80s),which made it a different experience from what I expected--they have two fireplaces in the lobby with all kinds of comfortable seating, but it didn't turn out to be the right season! The views were great, the history fantastic."
