"This is an excellent hotel. Have stayed here before and will definitely be back. Staff are absolutely amazing, especially Jack and Maria at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent. Good selection of hot food. The rooms are large, the beds very comfortable and the rooms have everything you need including a fridge. Complimentary water and I especially loved getting biscuits with the in-room tea and coffee. The gym at the hotel is also excellent. Highly recommend this hotel."

"This place isn’t 5 star but it’s affordable it’s in a great location iv stayed here a few times the staff are friendly rooms basic but nice clean and fresh shower is hot and powerful I would choose this hotel over any travel lodge premiere inn and I will definitely be back soon"

"Our room was small and poorly equipped. The TV didn't work. The kitchen was closed. It wasn't a terrible stay, but it certainly wasn't worth the price we paid. "

"We checked that we could get an accessible room before making the booking. We also stated our requirements on the booking form. The request was on the system but unfortunately not fulfilled. We were told if we didn’t accept the room, we would not be refunded (even though the hotel had admitted fault). We were then taken outside (in the rain), to go through the bar, restaurant and many doors before reaching our room. The rooms are extremely outdated, with no air conditioning and the radiator being on, with no means to turn it off. The tiny gap in the open window did nothing to help the situation. Accessibility for wheelchair users is ridiculous. I can honestly say it is one of the worst, disorganised places we have ever had the misfortune to stay at "

"The hotel is a bit dated in the rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good and plentiful. Cleaning was poor, never vacuumed in five days, tables were left dirty, sheets never changed. Also there was mold on the window sills and my allergies acted up. A bit pricey for this level of room."
