Visiting my brother in Matakana in the New Zealand's North Island I spent a whole day in Tawharanui Regional Park a whole 7 hours exploring beauty. This park and marine reserve is huge with Two beaches and a lagoon 💚. You can camp here or hire a regional Bach if your lucky. It is also a park with native Kiwis , my goal is to camp here on another trip one summer 🙏🏻

The one downside is there is no air con and whilst there was a thermostat we didn't really understand it because there are not vents in the ceiling, so the warm was quite room. There is a ceiling fan but that's a little cool during winter. ..."
