“Overall very impressed with Cotswolds Hotel & Spa. Booked a family room and although it was not made up for 4 people when we arrived, it was quickly resolved.
The room was very hot, even with windows open but they had provided a fan.
3 out of four of us paid for breakfast. The fourth person only wanted a filter coffee. Think they could have thrown that in free of charge as 3 were paying full price, but that is only a nice to have.”
“The hotel is located near the Moreton-in-the-Marsh train station, which makes it very convenient to access for travelers without cars. I found the staffs kind, and the library on the first floor is nice and cozy. The room itself is a bit small and the TV didn't work, but I didn't mind too much. I'd visit the hotel again”

“Fabulous, form check in to leaving the staff were fabulous...attentive , friendly and welcoming. I called ealier to let them know I would be there at 8PM and still ok for late check in. When i arrived i was shown to my room and asked if i would eating with them tonight, after dumping my stuff i went to the bar where they had set a table for me in advance. super staff and very attentive...food was good. But what really stuck out was the service and care...and different team at breakfast but...
“Julie and Ayman are great hosts. You do feel like you're a guest in their home. We had several fun conversations with them, and a couple of times found myself feeling like I was talking to an extended family member (Ayman and his strong feelings about diesel and electric cars comes to mind, as well as Julie and her careful breakfast service). Overall it was the personal experience we were hoping for as visiting Americans.
Only other thoughts are: there is no tennis court on site. That might be...
