"The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. We felt very safe on the property as it is a secure gated property. Having a restaurant on the property (outside secure gate) was a bonus, and the food was amazing!!. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged for our transportation to the airport with a trusted taxi service (extra fee, very reasonable). The hotel has been updated and beds were very comfortable. There are stairs to climb to get to the rooms, not sure if there is a elevator. Very comfortable stay. It is important to note that reception is only staffed from 8am to 8pm. If you arrive outside of those hours you need to make arrangements for self check in."

"The outer "garden room" was very quiet and peaceful. Once we figured out how to run the A/C, life was VERY good from that point on. Cleaning staff could give a little more attention to detail by cleaning bathroom pocket door "handle" (was a bit grimy), as well as the upper door frame. All other areas were great! The front desk personnel were EXCELLENT!! Very helpful for transportation needs, as well as just plain pleasant human beings. The inclusion of breakfast was unexpected, but a lovely way to start the day; ample food items and lovely coffee service. The history of this hotel was fascinating and was a great place to spend our two-day Rome adventure."
