"The room showed quite a bit of wear and tear, with very dark smudges throughout the walls. When getting off the elevator, several floor tiles were chipped, and the carpet on the 5th floor was torn in places. Overall, the property appears to be in need of some updating and refreshing. Dinner at the restaurant was somewhat expensive. The seafood was delicious; however, the pizza was not very good. The pool area was beautiful and very well maintained. Although swimming was not allowed during our stay, it was still a pleasant area to relax and enjoy. The evening staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience with the morning staff member was quite different. The younger woman with shoulder-length hair working the morning of May 20th was rude, seemed irritated by our questions, and was not helpful during checkout. Breakfast was enjoyable overall, although the eggs and breakfast meats were cold initially. Thankfully, the staff member working in the breakfast area kindly warmed them up for us."

"Just wanted to thank the staff for a wonderful stay. We booked for one night and there was a bit of misunderstanding at the time of booking but the staff was wonderful, polite and accommodating. We want to thank them for helping us out. This place is great and their breakfast was also great."

"We recently stayed in a family room at this hotel and unfortunately found it very underwhelming, especially for the price and what you would expect from a Hilton property. The room setup was odd for a family. The “family room” consisted of one king bed and a pullout sofa bed that was extremely uncomfortable — honestly hard as a rock and not suitable for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom layout was also quite inconvenient. There was only a two-piece bathroom in the main area, while the full bathroom with the shower/tub was located off the primary bedroom. This meant anyone needing to shower or bathe had to walk through the bedroom, which was awkward and impractical for families . While the bathroom itself appeared generally clean, the shower stall had noticeable orange mould buildup and did not feel properly maintained. The only real positives were the proximity to the airport and the convenience of the shuttle service. However, there is essentially nothing else around the hotel in terms of restaurants, shops, or amenities."

"Our third stay here. Great choice for an overnight stay for airport. Also nicely located to experience Fiumicino. Easy walk to restaurants and there is a grocery store very near. We’ll be back!"

"The front desk staff was very professional and checkin was quick. Due to the time of day, we could not locate a restaurant in the neighborhood that was open, however the front desk staff assisted us to get a delivery app loaded, and we had our supper in room. Besides the cleanliness of the room, we were happy with the bathroom/amenities and wifi. There was a bit of noise from nearby conversations, but otherwise our room was comfortable. Breakfast ,and the service staff in the dining room, was wonderful as was our shuttle service to the airport. Very convenient!"
