"Pickup by shuttle at airport tough. Directions were pretty good but you really had to be at exact spot. There are several different minivans and most have NO MARKINGS. One was labeled on the back which you don’t see until they drive away. Taxi stand at airport hard to see how to enter. Then taxi drivers don’t want short ride. You have to go on sidewalk in middle of street to use those taxis for a super short ride for 35 euros. Took hours to leave airport. Hotel’s minivan plan simply needs cards on van dashboards labeled “Best Western.”"

"The airport shuttle is not free and is available every hour only There is no indication how to reach out to the shuttle from the airport either on the website at the airport or anywhere else. Calling the hotel reception is an absolute ordeal as they may make you wait for over 1 hour. The room doesn’t offer any amenities. I find it extremely overpriced for what is offered Smiling and welcoming at reception is just non existent"

"Pros: Reasonable price near FCO. Property was starting to show its age, but was clean. Beds were comfortable. A shopping mall next to the property that gave this American a chance to see the end of mall culture in another country. Decent food options there, so that's a plus. Cons: Heavy load of guilt as part of B & B Hotel's corporate push to show how environmentally aware they are. One towel on the bed for two people. Second one was in a bright yellow bag with wording that made you feel like you would drown a baby polar bear if you used the second towel because of the extra CO2 that would be emitted to wash that it. Countless reminders to not use water. Lay off the guilt trip."
