The staff was very nice and accommodating. Facility was clean but kind of basic . Wi-Fi was poor. It was in a convenient location, close to the train station but the neighborhood was dirty.

Basic continental breakfast but only bananas for fruit and 2 or 3 different croissants all with jam or icing. The staff there (at breakfast) was excellent. These are the same girls who make the rooms so clean. Matilda was my favorite although I liked the Nepalese girl as well. I think if they ran the joint, it’d get all 5s. Biggest problem is no one is ever at the desk. Leads to issues when you’re trying to check in. Leads to bigger issues when the damn door bell is being rung constantly! I had to take a Valium to chill on Sunday b/c the bell was being rung “machine gun” style all through the night.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location. Near termini station, and with a few restaurants and markets nearby. The check in and out was easy. A little confusion on my part, as I forgot my room was upstairs, and the office is just an office. Good stay for the price, and great for solo travellers.

Basic, functional accommodations near Termini

There are several hotels in the same building, the desk for check-in is on the 2nd floor, breakfast is on the fourth. There is a small lift in the building but there are some steps from the ground level before you reach it.

Don't bother staying here

I was booked into this hotel but then got moved across the street to "Alex Square Hotel". The room was very small and a little dirty. The bathroom door had holes in it, the mirror was rusted. The entire room had exposed plug sockets and screws in walls etc. It looked like it's not finished yet The bed was very uncomfortable.

Quarto muito bem limpo e arrumado todos os dias. Atendente do café da manhã muito simpática. Bem localizado. Pouca variedade no café da manhã. O único ponto negativo é que não fica ninguém na recepção, independente do horário.

O HOTEL é excelente, na frente da Termini. As funcionárias são tão amaveis, o café da manhã é ótimo para começar o dia. A cama é confortável e o quarto é bem limpo. O Banheiro pode melhorar na descarga.

Die Unterkunft liegt super nah am Hauptbahnhof, welches den Transfer zum Flughafen super einfach gemacht hat. Ebenso ist vieles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war sauber und mehr als ausreichend zum schlafen. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit.

Chegamos as 21h e não tinha ninguém na recepção e a porta estava fechada e somente após contato via whatsapp alguém apareceu. Quarto amplo porém banheiro pequeno. Café da manhã suficiente. Valeu a pena por ser perto da estação Roma Termini.

Kamer was heel klein en benauwd. Badkamerdeur sloeg tegen het bed aan bij binnengaan badkamer. In badkamer waren de voegen beschimmeld. Om de lamp en de deurpost van de badkamer zat nog schilderstape, wat er al een poosje zat.

Es una habitación pequeña pero cómoda éramos 6 con un camarote 1 cama grande y 1 cama pequeña, cerca al centro de Roma un baño y aire acondicionado que nos aliviana del calor 38° grados de calor en conclusión bien para dormir y estar en el centro de Roma

Camera al 4 piano in palazzo di 5 piani con ascensore. Molto vicino alla stazione termini. Ottima la disponibilità del personale. Pulizia deludente.ideale per chi non ha troppe aspettative e non vuole spendere troppo.
