We had trouble checking in because we didn't know we had to call the contact. This was not communicated to us ahead of time by Expedia. Luckily a wonderful gentleman saw us standing on the street and called the owner for us. Once we were in contact she was lovely and helpful. The location was excellent for walking to places, including the Colliseum and train station. Notes: it says there is parking but it is street parking. We tried to call ahead of time to inquire about this and checking in, but never got an answer or call back. The air conditioning wasn't working upon arrival. The woman promptly sent her husband, which was appreciated, however the room never cooled below 25 Celsius which made it difficult to sleep for our children.

Excellent location!

Franco was accommodating to our late check in. The bedding was very comfortable and the room was clean. It was great having access to our own fridge space. The location was very convenient to the Colosseum as well as the subway to get to Vatican City.

Just a Gem ...

This is such a gem, private and so central, literally 5-6 min walk from Termini train station. Staff was friendly and flexible with check in time. For a place in the middle of a busy city it was quiet as soon as you closed the shutters, so perfect sleep, and when shutters open you really felt the vibrant quality of Rome, close to some of the most famous attractions. Not happy recommending it too much as next time I'm in Rome I'd love for it to be available 😊

Great spot to stay near the train station

Great room and appreciated the extra mile the owner went for our late arrival and departure the next day. Was able to store our luggage in the common room too while we visited the sites in Rome during the day. Only drawback would be its a bit loud by our window for sleeping - busy street level it seems. I would stay here again though! next visit to Rome.
