This was a perfect fit for my wife and I, we ended our Roman vacation at this location being that we couldn't extend our stay at our original apartment. To may surprise the quarters were quiet, clean, and accommodating for the short stay we had. Stairs were wide and shallow and nice to walk up. The elevator a bit narrow but typical of European style in older buildings. The courtyard was reminiscent of Italian and European fashion and private. Would definitely consider staying here even if just for a few days. Access to shops and restaurants right as you walk out of the courtyard and into the first Borgo street. Charming.

This little gem is nestled near the Vatican and other monuments are within 30-40 minute walks. Safe and clean. The lady that runs it is amazing and welcomung. Snacks and drinks in your room and a safe. Coffee, twa and biscuits in the kitchen area. You will get a feel of Rome in a wonderful quiet guest house. We cannot rave enough about this plave.

Property was clean and in new condition. There is no front desk. Which is fine but we were unsure how to check out and code for door to common area did not work the best. If others in common area it is very loud. Private room and bathroom.
