My stay here was super nice! Breakfast was delicious and everything was super clean. Best place I have stayed at in Europe! The area is close to the train station too which is nice.

Location, Wonderful host, clean and spacious room

Severine was a wonderful host. I arrived later than scheduled but she has waited for me for proper check-in. Breakfast was nicely served with a plenty of food, and she left me extra food and drinks for my early departure. Hotel was very close from Termini station and there are plenty of restaurants close by. I will stay again if I come back to Rome.

Beatus Viator is Awesome

Severine was an excellent hostess. Breakfast was more than enough. Bathroom was well stocked. The whole room was very clean.Bed was comfy. Location was across the street from the train station.

Great stay here. Séverine was very attentive and accommodating. Comfortable room, bed, and nice, continental breakfast delivered to our room. The room was quiet even though it was handy to the train station.

Our stay could not have been better. The room was clean and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The place is right across from Rome Termini station which was very convenient. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go to and we enjoyed some really good restaurants nearby. Breakfast each morning was delivered to our room and was delicious.

A lovely place! The owner is a wonderful host. She provided a breakfast that had the very best of Rome—fresh bread, juices, fruit, and delicious cappuccinos! All served to your room on a cart. The personal touches are indeed appreciated.

We had the best experience staying here. The breakfast is full of options and very satisfying. The owner put a lot of care into making us feel comfortable and welcome. Everything is clean. The location is great, easy to go everywhere using public transportation. The room is very quiet even though it is located in the heart of Rome.

The room was very nice and very clean, we liked the breakfast, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Perfect location if you want to do sightseeing and travel by train (it's right next to the train station). It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the Colosseum, and the bust stop of the sightseeing buses is right next to the train station.

This is the best place to stay if you are going to be 2 days in Rome , right next to the Termini Train Station. Severina is an excellent host , she will bring you a continental breakfast to you room every morning at the time of your choosing. Next to her place is a eating mall where you can find all the dining and drinking options , like a food market.

Excellent location!! Walking access to Attractions, shopping, restaurants and transportations. Trimini train station is across the street Seferina is a great host!! room is clean and spacious. Unfortunately the room bathroom was outside our room which we don't enjoy. Definately is a great place to stay if you visiting Rome!

Cuando veo los comentarios de los lugares para hospedarme siempre trato de escoger el que dice muy limpio. Y este lugar me gustó por eso y la atención que nos dieron al llegar fue muy buena. El desayuno al cuarto nos hacía sentir muy especial y a mis hijos les encantaba la variedad que teníamos para desayunar. Y la ubicación muy conveniente para los que necesitábamos viajar en tres pues esta cruzando la terminal. Gracias a Severine por atendernos muy bien y darnos recomendaciones para nuestra estancia.

We had a wonderful stay and Severine was a lovely host. The location is perfect just next to Roma Termini and at a walkable distance to most of the main sights. Our only complaint would be that the room doors don't block the noise coming from other guests in the corridor. Other than that we were really satisfied with our stay!

Our on-site hostess was very gracious and accommodating. Bedroom was simple, comfortable and neat The location proved to be exceedingly convenient to Rome’s Central train station, tour buses and taxis. Best transportation bet to & from airport is the Leonardo Express, much quicker and cheaper than taxis. We also used train transportation to reach Rome from a cruise port 42 km away.

Loved the location and beautiful breakfast. The landlady was very attentive. Clean rooms comfortable beds right opposite Roma terminal. We had the twin room which has its bathroom out of the room in the hallway, being elderly this was a problem for me as you go out into a dark hallway until the light comes on then one step into the bathroom, then you key the door shut and it must disturb the other guests as the fan is noisey it is the only fault with this property.
