The breakfast bar had a wonderful selection of fresh food. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to joke with to lighten the stress. They made our day. In terms of the building and the rooms, one must adapt to the dark. While beautiful, it is all black. Mostly black walls with a few white accent walls. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this perfect location.

From the moment we walked in the door Azub was so welcoming and kind. He gave us recommendations on where to go for Authentic Rome cuisine, Pizza, and Gelato! Every suggestion we followed and all of them were 10/10! I am so glad we stayed here and for all of the staff! Our bar tender was amazing and a joy to meet as well! The hotel was in an excellent location, just above the Spanish Steps. The staff was EXCELLENT. The room was very clean, comfortable and everything we needed. The rooms were very clean. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast menu each morning was plentiful. I couldn't quite figure out the A/C in the room, but it did hold at 23C (~73F). However, with it being 50F - 60F outside during my stay, the room temperature was quite welcomed.

The hotel is located on a hill, so you need to walk uphill a bit to get there. It was quite tiring, especially after long walks around the city. Also, there was no water provided in the room, which was a bit surprising considering the hotel is quite expensive. However, overall the hotel is good. The bathroom is large, and the room is also quite spacious and comfortable.
