Great location, just down from main termini train station. Can't rave enough about the staff. We annoyingly left something in the room and were passing through Rome on way home. Staff were super helpful making sure we got our belongings back. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Good location, close to the Termini train station and quick access to the airport. The front desk only seemed to be manned from around 0900-1400 so was self-checkin which worked fine. Communicated through WhatsApp and questions were responded to quickly. Not a "luxury room" though. Basic furnishings. Bed was some sort of memory foam and not all that comfortable. Little balcony with chairs and table was nice.

The room was perfect, and the location is right by Roma Termini making it ideal to travel to. Walking distance to all the major sights and a quick bus or taxi to the Vatican. The room I stay has a nice balcony overlooking the street. The property owner is friendly and arrangement of checking in and checking out is hassle free. Within 10 minutes walk from Termini Roma, great location with walking distance to attractions, restaurant and cafe.
