This looks shady but its not. 5 mins from train station and has more amenities than a standard hotel. I would go here next time I am in Rome.

Really convenient location, clean, and had everything we needed for a good stay (kitchen, coffee, utensils, water). An iron would be nice but no big deal at all.

We really enjoyed our stay here! I especially liked the self check-in process—it was easy and we didn’t have any problems at all. I also really appreciated having a microwave at the common area, as it helped us save money instead of eating out for every meal. Our room was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The AC was working well, which made our stay even more comfortable. The place also felt safe and very convenient, especially because it’s located very close to Roma Termini. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the terminal. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel, couldn't fault it. We loved the location, spacious room, lovely staff and the shared kitchen was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to family who want to visit Rome.

Great stay with my family. Being near the station, it can be a little loud but the location and friendly staff made up for that.

Good!

A good enough little place to stay! Right across from the train station which was perfect for us. Great pizza place near by for a quick meal. About 30 min walk to pantheon area then an hour to Vatican. Good enough little place for our quick trip!

Convenient location

It was our perfect choice for for the last night in Rome as we needed quick and easy access to Rome's Termini Station. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant. Additionally, the hotel offers a shared kitchenette and coffee facilities in a common area, which is a nice touch for those looking to prepare a quick snack or enjoy a cup of coffee. It’s simple, practical and well-suited for travellers who prioritize convenience and comfort during their brief stay.

The property was extremely unique. It was a little outdated but it was clean and well kept. The location was convenient being close to the train station if you need that but it was also pretty dirty in that area

Perfect for basic+ needs

Right across the street from the Rome main terminal. Pretty much +/-2 km in any direction to different sights. Would rather walk to see than have to walk with bags around the city. Cute rooms. Small bathroom - but only annoying because travelling with teens. Friendly and helpful host. If you're looking for a affordable with comfy bed, clean room and option to cook or refrigerate snacks. Highly recommend!

Good start to a vacation in Italy.

Thoroughly enjoyed the first night of a two week stay in Italy. It was very convenient to Roma Termini (which makes it convenient to the express train to Rome airport) and the Metro. Staff was friendly and r a bag drop offaccomodating. The only challenge was the need to make an appointment for bag drop prior to check-in with the uncertainty of arrival of our trans-Atlantic flight.

Oh, this place rocks. Super clean,. fantastic amenities (free water,.free coffee, community kitchen (clean) and really really easy train station access (5 min). Not the fault of the property, but the night we stayed there, the city workers in Rome began cutting and jackhammering the sidewalk below at about 1:00 AM. This went on for about 1 hour. I couldn't make this up it was almost funny.

We were in Rome for one week and had a wonderful stay at Dream Station in the Blue Room. Our room was very clean and my kids and I loved that it was right next to the kitchen so that we could easily make tea, espresso, and refill our water bottles. Visiting in March, it became chilly at night so the extra comforters were appreciated for a cozy rest. There is also a heater we didn’t use. We were advised by our initial shuttle driver to return to our room by 8 PM, which we did, and there were still many people out at this time. (Of course when traveling, I always pray for divine protection & angelic help)! Once inside the location (large locked wooden door), it felt very secure as there are 2 additional gates to go through. Dream Station is on the 4th floor and there is a small lift, but we opted to take the stairs the majority of the time. While in Rome, we only took a taxi once to get to the Vatican. We walked everywhere else, which was fantastic! Staying in the city center is ideal, and Dream Station was one of the most economical options with highest ratings. Rome is truly a gorgeous, eternal city, and I am so grateful to have spent our time there during Spring Break. Having Termini station right across the street was convenient as well, and we took the train to Naples to see Pompeii. One thing to remember is that the city tax is 6 Euros per day, per person, paid only in cash. I initially forgot this was in the booking paperwork & had to make an extra stop at an ATM.
