Decent room and comfort. Balcony room showers are smaller than the standard rooms. Mini bar items were complimentary which is a plus. Breakfast decent with an automated coffee machine. Simply perfect. Simone at the front desk was a gem. I wish every concierge was like this. He was extremely articulate with directions and suggestions. Room was large and bathroom was spacious and modern. We asked for more towels and got them in 30 seconds. Buffett breakfast was outstanding and the view from breakfast was fantastic

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating with our transportation needs to and from the airport and train station. The view from our room was interior buildings with lots of air-conditioning unit units and access to electrical and plumbing, but we did not book the room based on a view. We selected this hotel because it was in Rome city center, and it could accommodate four adults. Upon checking into the room, we realize we could sleep for adults, however, maneuvering around the small room was difficult.

The room was on the small side but was clean and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The breakfast was excellent and the staff responded to two requests so service I would say is very good. The room was very quiet although the view out the window of interior buildings with broken windows was not great. The location cannot be beat! Walking distance to everything!
