Good start to my trip.

Very convenient for the train from the airport. The concierge accommodated my early arrival and everything was of good quality in the room. The various noises at night were loud, but to be expected in such a location. Ear plugs were provided.

In general, it is an ok budjet friendly hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights so it did not allowed us to have the room cleaned. That also means that we had to keep the same towel and sheets which was not convient. When we arrived the room was clean but we saw some part of the room not perfectly clean like a bit of dust on the sheets or dirt on the bathroom door handle. Also, in our unit, the shower head was somewhat broken, the water would go in different directions and the position of the glass door was odd, the water could easily go on the floor if you were not carefull. The bed was not confortable at all, when you sit, you would touch the base… my back hurted in the morning. But the hotel was very safe, there’s multiples doors with codes. It is located in a shady streets but us 2 young women never had a problem. The main issue is that they didnt put lights in front of the building so at night you have to be carefull to not miss it. It is also very noisy because of the tram train outside but if you don’t open the window it is fine. We didnt have any problem sleeping because of the noise. Finally, the staff was also very friendly but they are only there from 9am to 4 pm.

Clean and staff were super nice and accommodating! The wi-fi signal was quite weak however and area is slightly loud at night because of the tram and nightlife around it.

Overall the room is nice, everything though through, the only thing is the train near by, so a bit loud , but they do provide earplugs , I would suggest that this place is perfect for the younger crowd. Thank you

Overall good stay

Overall good, very noisy from outside the room but you got a pair of earplugs for that reason. (Heavy sleeper so didn’t need to use them) Quite hard beds, even for me who’s quite heavy and prefer a hard bed and had trouble sleeping for that reason. Wifi was working good, nice with a TV and a small fridge in the room. Very close to Termini and easy to find.

A localização não é das melhores, só é boa pra quem pretende ficar próximo a estação termini, de resto é longe de todos os pontos turístico pra ir andando. O bairro é esquisito e perigoso a noite. A limpeza é boa, o quarto é reformado e banheiro bom. Na rua do hotel passa um bondinho que faz barulho o dia e noite inteiro. Achei de uma forma geral uma estadia mediana.

Fint værelse, god beliggenhed

Rigtig fint værelse, meget tæt på Termini stationen. Der var lagt ørepropper til larmen fra sporvognen, men på vores værelse (orange) hørte vi intet til den. Der er dog meget lydt ud mod gangen, hvor man kan høre andre gæster. Tre dage uden rengøring eller skift af håndklæder er måske lige lidt for længe. Alt i alt et fint sted, som vi vil benytte igen hvis vi skal til Rom.

Reservamos este hotel con la ilusión de tener un lugar limpio para descansar teniendo en cuenta que no es un hotel 5 estrellas. Sin embargo la realidad fue otra. Llegar cansado de un día de caminar a las 10pm para que nos dejen sin luz ni agua en toda la noche. Solucionaron al otro día pero porque le dijimos a una persona de la limpieza pero sinceramente no lo recomendamos para nada. Aparte de dejarnos sin servicios, no tuvimos WiFi tampoco y uno necesitandolo. Teníamos que hacer un check in urgente y nos toco salir a las 5:30 am hasta el terminal para poder hacerlo. Adicionalmente nunca hicieron limpieza en la habitación ni cambiaron toallas. La habitación tenía un olor horrible y las sábanas de una cama sucias. Tiene una buena ubicación al terminal de transporte pero todo esto hace que no lo recomendemos para nada.

受付の場所は少しわかりづらいですが、一つ上がった階にありました。スタッフは親切で、部屋も清潔でした。 近くに食事できる場所も多いので、ホテルでは寝るだけという場合にとても良いかと思います。 夜でもトラムの音がするので、気になる方は対策があると良いかもです。

Horrível

Primeiro que não é um hotel, a rua é mal frequentada, o quarto é amplo, mas sem conforto algum. Estávamos em um inverno severo, muito frio e a água não estava quente o suficiente. Se tiverem oportunidade de escolher outro lugar não pensem duas vezes.
