Great stay at NLM Nouvelle Maison! The hotel is clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Perfect location as well. I would definitely stay here again!I Close to train station.

We used the patio eating our meal, the room is small for two people since it’s only one bed ( there’s no available 2 twin beds) The room spray is overpowering that we can’t breathe at night. Maybe it’s the hotel way to keep it smells good. They have to minimize the room spray because it’s very unpleasantly strong scent, to eventually caused you headache. But overall the property is clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel and helpful personell. Nice room and cozy area. The only downside was the location, buses are extremely unreliable so the train station is the only public transport that can be trusted (except 30 euro taxi ride).

Discription stated Hotel, Garden, Balcony we got neither. It's a B&B but No breakfast served, I complained about our shower being clogged since first day, they cleaned it but still clogged and drained slowly . And 2 trains away from Roma Termini... Will never go by what Expedia describes. Call and make sure your getting what you're paying for.

Our stay at NLM Nouvelle Maison was fantastic from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the thoughtful touches throughout made us feel very welcome. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, cafés, and many of Rome’s famous attractions. After busy days of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to return and unwind. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions and helpful local recommendations, making check-in and our entire stay completely stress-free. We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Rome and highly recommend NLM Nouvelle Maison to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay.

The room description said deluxe but it definitely was not. Pictures are a little misleading so make sure to read what your room amenities are. The room was small with very little amenities other than fridge and a coffee maker that was outside the room with only two Pods of coffee a day. We arrived early and messaged the property but response was slow. They had plenty of parking available but was not included in the room price which was already expensive.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Pro: The hotel itself and the rooms are nice. We also had a huge wrap around balcony that was nice for sitting out and having dinner on. Location is calm, quiet and we felt safe. Con: There is NO staff working at this property. There are no amenities (not even garbage bags or toilet paper. Our shower was broken our entire stay. It was just a hose sticking out of the wall. The toilet was incorrectly mounted to the wall and made loud noises like it would fall off and break if anyone used it. We reached out to management who said someone would be by to check/fix and no one ever came. When I asked for our room to be provided with toilet paper, we were told “this isn’t a hotel, go to the supermarket and buy it yourself.” We rented 2 separate apartment style rooms and were told that the cleaning staff use the common areas of the apartment on their break so anything we left in those areas while we were out sight seeing was either removed, relocated or stolen. Our suitcases were “repacked” and relocated by staff when they wanted to use the space. STAFF SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCESS TO LOUNGE IN GUEST ROOMS!

Fue una gran eleccion a pesar de no estar ubicada en el mismo centro de Roma, pero se encuentra cerca de la estacion de trenes Gemelli y es extremadamente facil llegar a San Pedro. Las instalaciones del edificio son muy bellas y comodas, fue muy especial para nuestra familia durante un viaje espectacular para nuestro compromiso. En la recepcion fuimos muy bien atendidos y nos ofrecieron un panorama detallado de la ciudad y lugares de interes en funcion de nuestras necesidades. Muy recomendado.
