Our room was very charming. We were fortunate. We had one of the rooms that had a little more room than the others. We had two French doors that opened to the rooftop patio. The morning breakfast was wonderful. There were many choices. Everything was delicious!

Great stay. Very helpful staff, particularly the gentleman at the front desk. Clean room, fantastic air conditioning, plentiful breakfast and ideal location. Within 15-20 min walk to all major attractions and 10 min taxi ride (11 euros) to Vatican. Great area for shopping. Highly recommended.

The staff and location were great. There a few things that could improve in the room. Some things were breaking down and worn out, like the the toilet paper hanger and the rain shower button. There was also barely any room to put our clothes in the bathroom and most of the space was taken by a bidet. The bathroom also smelled damp, like an old wet rag that we assume came from the cleaning towels they use since it was mostly prominent after the room was made. The charging ports next to the bed were also outdated. I was only able to charge my phone in the bathroom or in front of the main door. I also had issues with the hanging lamps and kept hitting my head everytime I approached the bedside table. The other thing is that there was no “do not disturb” sign available and they made our rooms everyday, which, in my opinion wasn’t necessary for the amount of days we stayed and it’s not eco-friendly either.

It was very hard to find at first there is no name outside, we walk around few times, asked few people and nobody new until somebody in a closing store told me it was a green door in between 2 columns. After dragging luggage up and down the street in the the heat we found it. There is an elevator good for one person with luggage at the time or 2 no luggage. We recommend. Very good location after finding it.

So far my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at on my European travels. Great location, the staff were so helpful and friendly, and the room was perfect. Sometimes European hotel rooms can be small and feel cramped, but we never felt crowded in this hotel. The breakfast was also very good. 10/10 and I will try to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay! The front desk was so wonderful. They let us check in early, which was so nice given how tired we were from traveling. They also noticed it was my daughter's bday from checking our passports and brought her a delicious cake and candle at breakfast! That was so sweet. They really cared to make sure we had a nice time. We had the large room for four and the shower was so nice and warm with great water pressure. Hotel walkable to everything. Was a great time!!!
