Arrived after hours and had a difficult time discerning where the hotel was. After a few minutes of being oriented to the piazza we found it and checkin was spectacular. Directions were informative and easy to follow. Staff were polite and cheerful offering great advice about what to do.

No luxury at all !!

Tiramisu half eaten in the mini bar. People drinking alcohol in the stairs at night, smoking while we wanted to access the hotel. No feeling safe. Lots of noises. Will never come back !

This property was not totally what we were expecting but it worked for us. It is located a floor up from ground level of a local apartment building and the rooms are located just off the front desk. We had one giant room, ceilings were high and location was central. Staff not always available but they did communicate with us. If you are coming from the US, this is not a typical hotel/condo experience so just be aware of that going in.

best location!!!! but some minor issues too

location location location!!! is simply awesome. can walk to almost very major tourist attraction from here. does not get better from location perspective. beautiful church across from hotel. Excellent carrefour grocery store 100 feet away pasta eats and two fast food authentic pizzerias with 200 feet. Some minor issues: 1. Bathroom vent fan was broken and the air fan for the room was not working. So bad bathroom odors lingered too long and the place can get warm even in winter. 2. We need hot showers after a long day - but this place had only warm water - very disappointing. They said it was due to a previous issue with water heater. 2. Front door at building entrance is difficult to use.

Room was clean, beds were nice and it was a good location. I don't know where the picture came from but that was NOT the hotel we stayed in. The front desk staff was nice the one time we saw them. They were not available to anyone for questions etc. The bath room was terrible. The shower was a rain shower on the ceiling, and sprayed EVERYWHERE. At 5'4 you have to be a contortionist if you don't want to get your hair wet. The sink was not user friendly. The inside was at an angle and the Faucet was only about 4 inches above it. The room was dark and small, only to find it had a wall that was like a hall that went to a box like a box like a phone booth. Still not sure about it. Also, as we booked several months ago I would have thought we would have had a nicer room with a view better the let's call it a vespa garage and the back door of the food places. it was a dark and dingy view.

Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans cet hôtel . Le personnel était adorable et prévenant par contre il est vraiment dommage d’avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre mais pas de thé offert ou de café . De plus le petit déjeuner qui se prend dans le petit bar adjacent à l’hôtel est plus que médiocre . Un mauvais thé ou café et un croissant , sans aucun sourire , dommage . La literie était excellente , très confortable . La salle de bain était grande mais un peu vétuste avec une fuite sous le lavabo et le pommeau de douche qui mériterait d’être détartré. On a apprécié d’avoir une chambre très spacieuse avec des plafonds incroyables , par contre malgré la taille de la chambre aucun rangement pour les vêtements.

Localisation parfaite

Hôtel extrêmement bien situé, en plein coeur des principales attractions de Rome. Chambre très propre et lit confortable. La climatisation ne marchait pas super bien. Le réfrégirateur non plus, les boissons étaient chaudes.

This room was perfect for what we needed as a family of four. Modern amenities and spacious, with close proximity to local sites. However, the lobby of the apartment complex does not leave a great first impression. Large Trash bins were visible and carpeting was quite dirty. Entrance is very dark at night which leaves one slightly uncomfortable when entering. If internal amenities and proximity to tourist sites are all that matters for you then this is a good option for you.

First floor apartment, impossible to sleep

A real nightmare. I spent 2 nights with my family but it was totally impossible to sleep, due to the people standing in front to the apartment (which is at floor 1) screaming until 4am. Hundreds of people coming from the bars nearby create an experience like stadium which makes your sleep impossible. The entrance of the building is totally dirty and the door open 24h without anyone controlling the access makes the place unsafe. A place to avoid.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is exactly as described. We booked the presidential suite to use the sauna and hot tub. They worked neatly. The room is gigantic. We probably do it again!
