The location is convenient next to train station. Communication was fine. Apartment was small but cute. Only recommend two nights maximum because the restroom is tiny and two bath towels for two travelers is not enough after two nights.

It was really good stay. Very close to Roma termini and room had all the required amenities. It even had electric iron and electric kettle which helped us a lot. The check-in process was smooth

The property was well located to Termini Station. Being close to a busy and active part of Rome the room was very quiet and we slept well. The downside was there was no cups in the room for coffee and tea but all the other necessities to make a beverage. The bathroom was small but clean. We had issues with drainage from both the sink and shower stall. Water did not drain quickly. We both finished our showers in a puddle.

Air conditioning was great. Security code for all entrances. Close to the Termini, lots of restaurants and everything is walking distance.

Noisy and cold showers

The flat itself is nicely renovated and cleaned daily and the room are basic but nice and the beds are comfortable. BUT, and this is a huge but.. The noise levels are ridiculous. You cannot hear your neighbours through the wall but you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the front room and hallway. Which means you are woken up several.times a night, from other guests getting back, or having conversation, closing doors, making cofee etc. Something has to be done about the acoustics. Also, there is absolutely no hot eater in the shower.

Everything was perfect from cleanliness to location. There was a great restaurant right across the street where we ate both nights. The room was just like a hotel room which met our needs.

No comforts

Area is not the most secure or clean, but the room looks as in the pictures. There was a fridge and water boiler in the room. Sound isolation was good. Shower had poor water pressure and most cold water.
