These apartments are clean, conveniently located near the metro and the Vatican, and are walkable to a lot of restaurants and a bus line. Highly recommend for a stay in Rome!

Wifi was pretty bad, but check-in was easy and the staff member I chatted with was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was overall a great deal for the price and the location was extremely close to the Vatican.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, and the staff ( Maui ) were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions.

Even though this place did not have a typical front desk, the “online” receptionist was quick to respond than a physical a physical person. I will recommend this place. Clean and quiet!

They granted us early check-in. Instant reply from the property manager. Very comfortable. We used Uber or taxi to go to Vatican city and reasonably priced. Highly recommended if staying close to the Vatican city.

We absolutely loved our stay with Affresco LR Collection and we highly recommend anyone to stay here whilst on their trip to Rome. The room is spotless, cleaned every day and in all, feels very homely. The staff were very helpful, kind and accommodating from the get go. They recommended a lot of amenities/things to do nearby and were always helpful with answering any questions we had. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after our checkout which was very helpful considering our late flight time. The apartment is an 8 minute walk from the Cipro metro station which we used every day to enter Rome City Centre. There are also lots of restaurants and cafes nearby that give the authentic Italian experience. Thank you again for our stay and we would love to stay again on our next trip to Rome☺️

Very nice, clean & classy

We had a great time. The place was super clean and super safe. We were told by taxi and uber drivers that it was one of the safest areas of town. Maui was very helpful. She came to me and my wife and offered advice and tips. We were grateful. They had an issue with hot water and electric locks but it was manageable thanks to Maui and her fast response and diligence. The room finish and cleanliness was superb. I totally recommend it.

Well the stay started off very well. The room is in a good location & a 20 min walk to the vatican. However our room had major issues with the aircondition & it wasnt working. However the host took care of it & made arrangements to sleep in another room for the night. However, the following night again the aircondition wasnt working, which ruined our stay especially after an exhausting day of a long days walk.

My daughter stayed here at this hotel and this is what she had to share; “I stayed here with my friends and it has become my favorite hotel in Rome, and it’s just right outside of Vatican City. We were welcomed by Maui, who did everything to prepare our rooms to feel like home for our stay. This morning, my friends and I spent some time outside in the terrace sketching and just taking in this charming pocket in the property. It was such a wonderful way to welcome our day. The property is also very close to neighborly shops and cafes and a restaurant we quite enjoyed yesterday. We are so grateful to Maui for making us feel so welcome in her home! She was so accommodating, kind and communicated with us weeks in advance and right before our stay, which made us feel so comfortable and happy about our reservation there. This was the first visit for my friends to Rome and I couldn’t have been happier about our experience on our first day. Thank you Maui for making it so special! Staying here will absolutely be a tradition!”
