“Nice big room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff.
Had our little dog with us and although a LOT of dog rules, she was allowed in most places. We only had continental breakfast which wss adequate. Full breakfast looked generous.
We ate one night at the restaurant which was good.
Sadly the view not idea with temporary kitchens that look lile they will be there a while.”

“Evening meals were good. Garden was also pleasant. A lot of traffic noise especially with windows open in the hot weather. Timing of breakfasts poor especially at weekends; surely don't have to have last orders at 9.30am. Appeared under-staffed with long delays ordering drinks at the bar”

“It’s a real pub, so smokers and drinkers in the courtyard as we were shown to our room. Spotless and allowed to enter it early as it was ready for us.
Staff were very welcoming and the choice and quality of breakfast was excellent.”
