“We had a family health emergency and chose Embassy Suites primarily based on its proximity to Baptist Integris Hospital. Our room was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. We were close enough to allow a couple of family members the opportunity to come over, take a shower, and rest for a bit before returning to the hospital. We appreciated having breakfast.”

“The property is off the beaten path just a bit, would be hard to miss if you didn't know it was there. Walking distance was close to a couple fast food places to eat which was nice. The only things I was disappointed in the was the fact that you could not re-enter doors to the outside with your keycard. You were forced to enter through the lobby. “We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

“Property is older and is declining and needs some updates and maintenance. The need for non-feather bedding was not followed through with. Had to reach out multiple times before finally securing it very late one night. No apologies or follow-up by staff regarding the issue. Several times the front desk was unmanned when we went by. Minimal parking, had to park on the street frequently.”

“Where do I stay? We had to change rooms 2-3 due to the sofa sleeper being broke. Every TV in the hotel was out of order and the elevators barely worked. Four flights of stairs had our knees buckling. The BEST thing about the hotel was the AMAZING STAFF!! From the overnight staff to the swing shift to day shift from the front desk to the maintenance!! They were the highlight of the show!! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO STAFF!!!”

“The staff was soooo rude. She wrote the Wi-Fi wrong on the card holder then was upset that we didn’t understand it. There were lots of homeless people that are able to hang out all times of the night. It was soooo scary but we had to stay because it was getting really late.”

“For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that.”
