"Really lovely little gem in the centre of Leicester. It was giving boutique hotel vibes and despite us only being in the room for a short period, it was lovely and reasonably priced. We didn’t realise we had to book a parking space though and ended up parking opposite in the hospital multi storey. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and we had a snug smaller sized room but would visit again for sure! They could have done with another staff members on the desks on the Sunday morning as the check out queue was really long. "

"So much better than I expected. The bar area, restaurant and huddle areas were all so beautifully done and the food and drink lprices were very reasonable. Plenty of electric car charging available. All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and modern. Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough."

"The rooms are dated. However they are very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. The staff were all great and the food good and reasonably priced. Great night’s sleep before a business day and I’d happily stay there as a leisure customer. The most beautiful grounds. "

"The bed was really comfy and the shower was hot. Basic room but was clean. The only thing is it has to be oven like temperatures before they activate the A/C in the rooms. Otherwise it’s a table top fan and a window that won’t fully open and then lets noise in from the petrol station next door. "

"Advertised as a beautiful old Grange property but in truth you get a pretty sterile, care home-like environment."
