“전체적으로 깔끔하고, 스태프가 친절합니다. 원래 1박 예정이였는데 2박을 하게 되어 문의하니, 친절하게 응대하여 주셨고, 예약 상황 때문에 방을 옮기게 되었지만 옮긴 방도 매우 만족 스러웠습니다. 전체적으로 관리가 잘 되어있고 위치도 매우 좋은 편이니 로토루아에 놀러간다면 숙박하는 것을 추천합니다~”

“The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would...
