“A terrific place that is a close walk to the downtown area but far away enough to miss having the daily crowds near by. Place has everything you need in the room and out. The flowers are gorgeous and bike rentals the cheapest we found on the island. $20 for 4 hrs. Just a perfect place to unwind, read a book, or visit. Breakfast was basic but all fresh food for most part. Highly recommend this place. ”

“The Pontiac Lodge was the perfect stay for our weekend getaway! You approach it right when you get off the ferry. Check in was smooth. You do have to walk up a short flight of stairs to get to your room(s) but very manageable. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, downtown. Would recommend staying here! ”

We especially enjoyed talking with George, the manager at General Store, while getting a breakfast sandwich and coffee to go. Loved our stay here!”
