โI thought the staff was excellent. Very personable and attentive to individuals needs. They went above and beyond. House keeping did an excellent job! The extra touch was in room treats for guest that are replaced daily. Although I didn't use it much I appreciate it. The breakfast had many options. The coffee was excellent too! โ
โThis hotel was excellent in every way but the location. Well location was not too bad (around 30 min walk from the Centrale and 20 min tram-ride from the Centrale) but compared to other 5 star hotel it was somewhat inconvenient. I see that metro ljne 4 is under construction right by the hotel, so it will get better definitelyโ
โWeโd a good visit and enjoyed our stay. The best was the superb staff at the bar, breakfast and Tailor restaurant!
The weather in the end of September was not the best and therefore the rooftop bar and pool couldnโt be used. โ
