"Bree was excellant when I called to inform the hotel that we missed our flight and would be a day late. She was also very helpful on check-in the following day. The food at the Grille and Tiki Bar was excellant. Staff in general was very friendly and helpful. The staff did an excellant job of making us feel safe, during the tsunami warnings. The Grille staff did an excellant job of adapting and being able to provide food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
