โWe had a deluxe room which was clean and spacious. Facilities in the room were very good and included a good size wardrobe, full length mirror, toiletries and kettle with tea, coffee and biscuits. Quiet location. There is a bus stop right outside the premises and is within walking distance of a retail outlet. Helpful staff.โ

Kindly sorted a parking space on the property as I think it was a quiet night. But thereโs also a huge car park on the other side of the building.
More to do at the property than we realised. The communal area is brilliant. Donโt waste your money in the arcades as thereโs loads to do at the hotel: pool, air hockey, table tennis, old school games table (pac man etc), sound system to choose your own music.

โWe had a very enjoyable stay at Strattons Hotel. The hotel was one of six I believe. We were just over the road from reception and where the restaurant is located. Very clean room which wasnโt as big as I was expecting but more than adequate for myself and my husband. I arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be in the room for when we arrived, this was done along with a birthday card - lovely touch. Breakfast was brilliant. โRoom was not your bog standard decor but was unique, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with an excrllet shower.
The staff were polite and would acknowledge you even if you were just passing.
Kim who was on reception when we arrived was a standard bearer for the hotel group, she was very welcoming and went above and beyond when we required some direction assistance.โ
โreally really good! i was so impressed with this place, loved it and would definitely return again. the only negative i have is being on the top floor and some of the glassware (mirror, table) could have been cleaner, however i know they were keen to get the studio ready for me potentially arriving early (which was so great of them to have accommodated this). when i arrived the entry system was modern and easy to use, clear instructions by text message and i had a courtesy call, to also leave me...

โVery convenient for places we wanted to visit. No need to use the car. Car parking charges were very reasonable.
