"It’s a historic hotel that have seen the QE2 and many various celebrities. Impressive exterior and lobby interiors. Service is average like almost everywhere in EU. Rooms are comfortable and staff at the reception desk is hearty. "

"Great location with Tram stop right outside and Metro station less than 5 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The suit was nice and Regency Club had good options. The staff were the absolute highlight. From the reception staff at check-in, to the bar staff, maintenance workers and check-out, everyone we encountered had excellent customer service and a great attitude. Super friendly and helpful - will defo stay here again! "
