"This hotel is right on the beach with it's own parking deck.You can go right from the parking deck to your room. All rooms are ocean front. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfy. Some parts of the room could use some updating but still is nice."

"Upon checking into our double-bed room on Saturday, I immediately discovered significant cleanliness issues. One bed had an unknown red residue on the sheets, and a pillow was visibly stained. Because of these sanitary concerns, that bed could not be used. I have photographic evidence of these conditions available upon request. The situation escalated drastically the following morning when the bathroom flooded. Water initially leaked directly through the bathroom ceiling light fixture before pouring heavily down the walls. While attempting to clean up the initial water, I slipped on the wet floor. The water flow rapidly increased, rendering the bathroom completely unusable and creating an active safety hazard."

"The room was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Usually my back will hurt the next morning when I stay at a hotel. I did not have this issue at all during my stsy."

"The room was in fact not what was advertised and the pictures did not match the actual integrity of the room. We actually decided to make reservations at a different hotel after the first night and left. They initially had our room stay dates wrong, regardless of all the information I provided from Expedia. There was what we suspected was black mold on the ceiling and we made a point to mention that to front desk staff. The pillows were not full-sized pillows, literally just square bags of fluff. Couch and carpet was stained and ripped, cracks along the walls and ceiling, and the bathroom was so small that the door almost touched the toilet and my husband barely fit in the shower, which we also suspected to have black mold. We were supposed to stay three nights and we only stayed one. We mentioned all the above to the front desk staff at checkout and made sure to let them know that we were leaving because of poor conditions."

"Room was clean, nicely furnished, albeit quite small , it had everything we needed. Our room had a balcony overlooking the boardwalk, walking up to the sounds of the ocean and being able to walk out right on the beach was the best part. Parking staff and front desk staff were pleasant though not much contact. The only comment I have is that the green carpet in the hallways looked dingy and in need of some deep cleaning. Otherwise, hotel stay was good, I would book with Moxy again. "

"We had a side beach view. Room was clean but we found someone’s shorts left on a lampshade. Staff was friendly but told us there was no hot tub but when we walked to the pool there indeed was a hot tub unfortunately it was the next day and we didn’t have time to get it. Breakfast staff was helpful but I was hoping for fresh eggs and more protein options"
