"Check in was smooth and efficient. Desk staff were pleasant and professional. Room was spacious and clean. Dresser and closet provided adequate storage for clothing. Bathroom was functional and well lit. Room attendants were helpful and courteous. Parking lot provided ample capacity, and was well lit and litter free. Swimming pool and lounge area was fine. Opportunity for improvement: Room carpet was worn and torn. Suggest replacing carpet with laminate flooring."

"Everything was great from checking in to check out. The desk clerk, rather clerks, were helpful, and very friendly. All staff we encountered during our stay were friendly. Our room was on the fifth floor. The hallway was clean and so fresh smelling. The oceanfront view was excellent. We felt safe and well cared for the continental breakfast was good and staff was again excellent. we do plan to return again."

"I checked in late to the Ocean Resort and they were more than happy to accommodate. The person who met me around 1 AM was still smiling and happy unlike some places where the employees are drowsy and less attentive. My one downside to this entire stay came upfront. There was no parking available at the property when I pulled in. The lot was full, so they gave me a pass to hang from my rearview mirror and had me park a half a block away behind a building. The following morning, I was the only vehicle in this area and it didn’t look like it was the best neighborhood by daylight. As for the hotel itself, the views are great. The rooms are what you would expect for the price. There’s a small coffee maker in the lobby and they have fruit flavored water if you forgot your beach stuff or suddenly need more. There is a store attached to the hotel so you can walk into your flip-flops straight from your lobby into the beach shop, which is nice. All in all I would stay here again."

"Really appreciated the kitchen. And the balcony and chairs and small table was nice. We enjoyed seeing all of the planes, boats and cars driving and flying by. The staff is excellent! Plenty of towels and wash cloths for our 5 night stay. Very close to the beach. We were able to use the complementary dryer and coffee maker in the lobby. There was a broom available in our room which was very nice to have due to the sand. Wish I had a dust pan though. Overall very pleased."
