“Stayed for 2 nights Hotel gave us an upgrade due to the poor service from Expedia themselves who told lies. Jade the reception manager was very helpful dealing with this situation. Hotel was lovely the room and see view was second to none. Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of food. ”

“A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too.”

“Room was clean and had everything we needed but was at the end of a corridor with no lift access. A person with mobility issues would struggle to get to the room using stairs only. Breakfast was good lots of options and plenty of food on offer. ”

“A very well appointed hotel on the Seafront of Douglas. Staff freindly and restaurant was very good. French style menu. The hotel has kept its early years character whilst implementing modern touches to compliment the decor. Room was spacious and again well appointed with all you need, tea/coffee making, flat screen tv, fridge with water snd plenty sockets/ USB charge points. Highly recommend.”

“I loved it. The view from my room was amazing, I didn't tire of it. The room was incredibly spacious, the bathroom too: I loved having the Nespresso machine. Blinds provided a great blackout so I slept well. Very close to bus stops and high street shops if needed. Will definitely return.”

“I went for business trip. So I didn't experienced the Casino and around of the Hotel. I think this hotel is good at for short travel. The room is clean, bathroom is convient for shower. Free Wifi can be used for 2 computer/room. However the eating included in dinner and breakfast in the hotel is normal.”
