“It was cheap and there was no vacancy in Strasbourg, I booked this hotel just for bed without any expectation. The room was spacious and clean, and the hallway, lobby, and Christmas decorations are well organized and well managed. I was impressed with the hotel, so I went to the breakfast buffet which was not planned. The various breads were crisp and soft, freshly baked, and the beverage tea coffee was also good. The sign of this hotel is a 2 star hotel, but my feeling is at least a 3 star...

“What I especially liked was the ability to park on the property, with is in an outlying village of the Strasbourg metropolitan area, and bus it into the city - there's a regular service, takes half an hour, cost €2.50. It's a unique sort of property, an enclosed series of buildings, half-timbered in style, repurposed to local uses and tourism. The host is as brilliant as other reviews note - nothing too much trouble. ”

“For the relative price, it was a nice cozy clean place. Nestled in a small old town feel area with narrow twisty windy streets and Belangerie nearby . A nice restaurant is attached to this property also. Parking is good and convenient. Checkin is a little clunky as we replied to their message twice through hotels.com in the ten hours before our arrival but no one responded to our two messages so when we arrived no one was there to give us a key to let us in. We had to spend time worrying and...
